Way back in August and September everyone was betting on five teams to be in this weekend and then the Super Bowl. These teams include Kansas City, New England, New Orleans, Cleveland, Los Angeles Rams and only one is still alive this weekend. That would be the Kansas City Chiefs. We have seen a wild playoff unfold so far. The Titans outplayed the Ravens. The other three games were very predictable last weekend. There is an old saying that we are now in the hats and t-shirts games because now it is time for conference championship weekend.

What to Watch For
We will do our picks at the end but first what to watch for?
The AFC will probably be a defensive game. The Titans are on fire at the moment. The Chiefs knew they were supposed to be here after last seasons heartbreaking finish.
The X-Factor: Derrick Henry RB Titans
He cannot be stopped right now and I do not know if anyone can truly stop him. Expect another game of 180+ rushing yards.
Who Will Decide the Game: Patrick Mahomes
The MVP from last season has had another great season. He has regressed a little bit due to Lamar Jackson breaking out. He will decide this game on the fact that if he has the ball in the last two minutes and has a chance to go ahead or seal the game expect him to do it.
The NFC has two giants going at it. Green Bay was supposed to be good but not great this season. San Francisco was going to be good but not great. They have both morphed into giants this season.
The X-Factor: 49ers Defense
Can this young but talented defense stand their ground against one of the best QBs of the last 20 years.
Who Will Decide the Game: Aaron Rodgers
This man has been great in his career. He has only been to one Super Bowl though. That Super Bowl was nine years ago now. Expect a fired up Aaron Rodgers to be a deciding factor late in this showdown.

One thing before we pick...expect drama this Sunday in both games. Remember to always expect the unexpected. It is going to be electric for whoever wins as they have not been frequent visitors to the Super Bowl lately.
